Most Common Reasons a Bosch Refrigerator Door Won't Close

The same visible symptom can come from two different mechanisms. A package in the contact area physically prevents travel. Read the Way the Door Fails
Use the door's movement as evidence:
- It stops against something: Open it and look from top to bottom for food, a door-bin edge, shelf, drawer, or ice/debris in accessible drawer travel. Do not press harder; the object may crack a liner, bin, rail, or glass shelf.
